- Their family relationships as well as carers and heath workers.Their objectives are focused on training experts on health self-management
The Expert Patient Programme is an initiative from the Education, Health and Society Foundation which counts with the support of public and private institutions at national level. It is aimed to patients and family, carers and professionals. Its main objective is to promote health Self-Management following the “Chronic Disease Self Management Course” from the University of Stanford in the United States. This programme, which is new in Spain, it is supported at national level and it is successfully carried out in more than twenty countries.
